The purpose of the website www.laurencejohnson.co.uk ("the Site"), owned and operated by Laurence Johnson, Freelance photographer for Laurence Johnson Photography ("the Owner"), is to provide technical means ("Service") to publish, market, license, sell and distribute their images, video clips and other products utilising the E-commerce platform in digital or physical format , to visitors of the Site ("Users").
To that aim, the Site provides Users with the technical means to purchase digital and physical images ("Items") directly from the site and uses these Items for either PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL or COMMERCIAL use as defined in the following image usage policy.
As a User you acknowledge that in purchasing of any Item, that the Site nor the Owner are a party in the payment transaction between the User and the payment processor.
In order to purchase Items from this Site as a User you need to register and create an account. As a registered User you agree to provide true and valid information during the registration process; you agree to complete and maintain your personal information, in such a way that it remains valid and true. In the event that the Owner and/or Site has reason to believe that you are violating these Terms and Conditions then your User account maybe suspended.

Images of yourself, family or friends may be used on personal social media accounts without the approval of Laurence Johnson Photography, however it would be very much appreciated if you can credit it. You may keep copies for your personal use, but you must not copy the item for commercial distribution or use the item in any format (physical or digital) for commercial gain or promotion.You cannot sell the image/s.
Personal use does not include group/club social media accounts and websites. Please refer to non commercial usage.
Non commercial- Use for not-for-profit clubs, groups or societies
Images may only be used in this way with the agreement of Laurence Johnson Photography, this may or may not incur additional charges. Images are restricted to not-for-profit uses such as an article on a club website. To use the images in this way you must include a credit and/or copyright label attached to the image as agreed by Laurence Johnson Photography. The purchasing of any image does not transfer copyright of the supplied image, this remains with Laurence Johnson Photography. Images will, authorised for use this way with the prior written agreement of Laurence Johnson Photography. This type of use will incur a addition fee for the image to be used in this way.
